COLUMBUS, OH, January 3, 2022— Scott W. Blackwell, a contact center and business process outsourcing (BPO) expert with experience working with global BPOs such as Conduent, Qualfon, Sutherland, and Concentrix joined Pearl Interactive Network as Vice President, Business Development.

Blackwell brings 25+ years of commercial business development experience across the healthcare, human resource services, automotive, insurance, high-tech, retail, telecom, and travel and leisure verticals. In his new role, he will be charged with bringing Pearl’s healthcare, beneficiary services and education contact center expertise to the commercial marketplace.
