Mario Antwine is Chief Executive Officer of Pearl Interactive Network and is responsible for developing and executing the firm's strategy, growth, mission, and vision, and overseeing the operations, performance, culture, and technology. Mario launched and leads the “One Pearl” committee - a company-wide initiative uniting employees at every level to foster inclusion and deepen engagement. Under his leadership, Pearl continues to thrive as a purpose-driven organization where people and performance grow together.
Mario holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a BBA from Howard University. In addition to his role as CEO, Mario co-chairs an alumni board at the Yale School of Management and serves as the Regional Vice President of the Robert Toigo Foundation. Mario is a lifelong fitness enthusiast, actively cross-training, biking, and discovering new hiking trails.
