Mario Antwine, Chief Executive Officer
Mario Antwine is Chief Executive Officer of Pearl Interactive Network and is responsible for developing and executing the firm's vision, strategy, growth, mission, and vision, as well as overseeing the operations, performance, culture, and technology improvements. Mario has created and manages Pearl’s “One Pearl” committee which includes employees at all levels from across the company whose focus is supporting and growing Pearl’s vision within the company’s initiatives to bolster and grow inclusion, diversity, and employee engagement.
Prior to his appointment as Pearl’s CEO, Mario was the Vice President of Growth for Three Five Two, and founded Ascentium Holdings where he is also the managing partner.
Mario holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a BBA from Howard University. In addition to his role as CEO, Mario co-chairs an alumni board at the Yale School of Management and serves as the Regional Vice President of the Robert Toigo Foundation. Mario is a lifelong fitness enthusiast, actively cross-training, biking, and discovering new hiking trails.
Merry Korn, Chief Strategy Officer
Merry Korn founded Pearl Interactive Network in 2004. As Pearl’s Chief Strategy Officer, Merry utilizes her decades-long business development and social worker experience to ensure that all company directives and initiatives align with the mission and vision of Pearl in order to best support current and future partners and clients.
Prior to her current role, Merry developed and cultivated Pearl’s mission and vision which garnered Pearl’s traction to be among the world’s largest federal and commercial BPOs and positioned Pearl as a contact center with specialties in health care and beneficiary services.
Merry holds her master’s in social work from Ohio State. She enjoys reading, gardening, yoga, golf, and is a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners Public Policy Committee, the Ohio Women’s Coalition, and a volunteer with the Women’s Small Business Accelerator (WSBA) and held a board position with SocialVentures, a nonprofit that assisted nascent social enterprises with business plans and funding.
