Mario Antwine, Chief Executive Officer
Mario Antwine is Chief Executive Officer of Pearl Interactive Network and is responsible for developing and executing the firm's strategy, growth, mission, and vision, and overseeing the operations, performance, culture, and technology. Mario launched and leads the “One Pearl” committee - a company-wide initiative uniting employees at every level to foster inclusion and deepen engagement. Under his leadership, Pearl continues to thrive as a purpose-driven organization where people and performance grow together.
Mario holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a BBA from Howard University. In addition to his role as CEO, Mario co-chairs an alumni board at the Yale School of Management and serves as the Regional Vice President of the Robert Toigo Foundation. Mario is a lifelong fitness enthusiast, actively cross-training, biking, and discovering new hiking trails.
Alex Derhovhannessian, Chief Operating Officer
Alex DerHovhannessian serves as Chief Operating Officer of Pearl Interactive Network. He and his team are responsible for driving operational excellence, customer success, and technology enablement across Pearl's portfolio.
Alex has built a successful brand of delivering outcomes in complex, mission-driven environments, translating strategy into operational execution for clients across more than 25 federal, state, and private sector organizations. Prior to joining Pearl, Alex served as SVP at Voyatek and held leadership positions at both Accenture and Capital One through his career.
A graduate of James Madison University, he is an active voice in the Virginia business community through board service and engagement in nonprofits and higher education institutions. Outside of work, he also enjoys giving back to his community and spending time building memories with his wife and two children.
