(Pearl) a HUBZone Certified, Woman Owned Small Business specializing in multichannel contact center services, is pleased to announce it was awarded a General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) prime contract for the Special Item No. 561422 – Automated Contact Center Solutions (ACCS) and Special Item No. 54151S – Information Technology (IT) Professional Services. The GSA award provides Pearl with the opportunity to respond to future government contact center requirements and will be an important resource for Pearl’s continued growth. This latest award adds to a very successful year for Pearl with new contact center engagements with multiple government agencies including the Office of Personnel Management.
