Pearl Interactive Network Awarded $11M HRSA Provider
Support Service Center Contract

COLUMBUS, Ohio (March 2, 2021) – Pearl Interactive Network, Inc. (Pearl) a HUBZone Certified, Woman
Owned Small Business specializing in multichannel contact center services, is pleased to announce they
were awarded a prime contract under the General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule
(MAS) Special Item No. 561422 – Automated Contact Center Solutions (ACCS) in support of the Health
Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Provider Support Service Center.


Under this award Pearl will provide multi-tiered call center customer and lifecycle management services
supporting the Provider Relief Fund. These services support qualified healthcare providers in the battle
against the COVID-19 pandemic, specifically for healthcare-related expenses or lost revenue due to
COVID-19. This latest award adds to a very successful year for Pearl with several new Federal and State
government contact center engagements.


Pearl has a longstanding Social Mission of hiring people with barriers to employment such as: skilled and
talented veterans, disabled veterans, military spouses, persons with disabilities, and others experiencing
barriers to employment. A large percentage of Pearl’s workforce are located in Historically Underutilized
Business Zones (HUBZones) and other economically challenged areas. This award highlights Pearl’s
important role in connecting an underserved workforce to employment through Federal and State
government contracts.
