Dinnis brings 25+ years of federal business development experience across I.T. healthcare, modernization, cyber security, and digital solutions verticals. Among just some of the agencies Richard has impacted are the Defense Health Agency, Department of Health and Human Services, and Federal Aviation Administration. In his new role with Pearl, Richard is charged with developing new government agency relationships, cultivating current relationships, and securing new government contracts.
