Pearl Interactive Network, Inc. announced originally in December of 2017 that it was recognized by General Dynamics Information Technology as a high-performing small subcontractor for their technical effort and performance during the past year.
The General Dynamics Information Technology Quality Service Provider (QSP) Program uses an established quality rating system and an annual evaluation process to identify the highest-quality small business providers based on quality of work, timeliness, responsiveness, cost effectiveness and standards of conduct. In February the GDIT senior management team were so generous to arrive at the facility in Kentucky to present the award to Merry Korn, Brenda Wingert & Anthony Listermann.
Pearl Interactive Network (Pearl), a woman owned small business, delivers program management and contact center solutions. They are different than other contact centers because they give hiring priorities to: disabled veterans, veterans, people with disabilities, military spouses and people living in geographically-challenged areas.
Pearl is preparing for the launch of their Supportive Care and Remote Monitoring (SCRM), a solution that delivers supportive care accessing remote technology. The dual intent of the SCRM are aging adults at home while we create jobs for our niche workforce.
