Pearl provides a wide range of contact center services supporting government and commercial organizations. Specialty skillsets include: nurses (RNs, LPNs), licensed clinical social workers and counselors, patient schedulers, and supportive care navigators who help with non-clinical patient needs. In addition, Pearl offers IT help desk professionals and agents with financial, case management, and administrative expertise.

Pearl nurses provide medical triage, consultation, case management, referrals and appointing. Licensed clinical social workers provide confidential family life, health and wellness counseling. Patient schedulers verify benefits eligibility and provide primary care and speciality patient appointing and referrals. Supportive care navigators help with patient’s non-clinical needs both in-facility and at home including: pre and post admission and discharge directives, appointment scheduling, transportation, home care visits, housekeeping, medical devices, prescriptions and food delivery, and follow-up wellness calls.
