Tarah Ziogas to oversee all human resources operations for contact center solutions company
Pearl Interactive Network, Inc. (Pearl) has promoted Recruiting Director Tarah Ziogas to vice president of human resources. Ziogas will be charged with directing all human resources functions in accordance with the policies and practices of the company. She will also lead strategic human resources planning to provide Pearl with the best talent available, and position Pearl as an employer of choice by being aware of policies, practices and trends within the industry.
Ziogas has more than 20 years of recruiting and human resources expertise that spans industries including mortgage banking, IT, non-profit, and Fortune 500 companies. Her previous positions included human resources administrator and various leadership roles within recruitment management. Ziogas’ previous experience at Pearl included managing the recruiting efforts for hiring a workforce of veterans, disabled veterans, military spouses, people with disabilities, and people living in geographically-challenged areas.
Ziogas has a bachelor’s degree in business and human resource management from Western Connecticut State University. She is also a Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) and holds a human resources certificate from Cornell University. Ziogas is currently working toward her MBA at Post University.
