New Leadership Changes at Pearl Interactive Network’s Winchester, Kentucky Location

Tony Listermann Pearl Interactive’s New Director of Operations and Cliff Edwards, Pearl Interactive’s New Winchester Site Director

The senior management team of Pearl Interactive Network, Inc., a government contractor managing a 700-seat contact center located at 1025 Bypass Road, Winchester, Kentucky, is excited to announce the promotion of Tony Listermann to Director of Operations, and Cliff Edwards to Site Director.

For the past 9 years, Tony Listermann has grown and improved the Operations Department for Pearl’s Winchester site. His experience included budgeting, management, policy, procedure, statistical reporting, operations management, managing leadership development, and facilitating coordination and communication between support functions in a call center environment. Tony obtained his Bachelor of Art in Political Science with a minor in Psychology and went on to achieve his Master of Public Administration from Eastern Kentucky University. Tony is a member of Pi Sigma Alpha, a national political science honor society for students with excellent academic performance. He is also a member of the honorable order of Kentucky Colonels-granted by Governor Beshear.

Cliff Edwards is versed in building and maintaining high performing contact center teams. Edwards first engaged with Pearl to assist in the launch and management of Pearl’s 2020 Census contract, a 900-seat contact center operation located in Tempe, Arizona. His oversight of customer service, sales and technical support centers in both bricks and mortar and virtual environments includes operating on both commercial and large government contracts. He is process driven and has the tools and knowledge that consistently delivers success on projects. Mr. Edwards brings fifteen years of contact center experience and held operational management positions for the last 7 years. He recently relocated to Winchester, Kentucky with his wife and two daughters.

Pearl’s Winchester Contact center operations services the federal Affordable Health Care contract accessing a workforce that peaks at over seven hundred employees per year. With Pearl’s September contract renewal, the number of new Pearl employees located in Winchester, Kentucky represents substantial growth from the previous year’s number of 450 employees.
