Our Customer Support agents handle customer inquiries, provide assistance, and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience. Technical Support agents offer technical support, troubleshoot problems, and guide customers through technical processes.

Our agents must comply with federal regulation and quality standards, particularly for contracts with federal partners, and must manage customer records ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. As a Pearl employee, you will participate in ongoing training to stay updated on best practices, new technologies, and industry standards.

Agents are provided with the necessary equipment to perform their duties in a secure, distraction-free environment. Work from home agents must have the appropriate internet connectivity and minimum speed requirements. Detailed specifics are available in each job description, when applicable.
