Wendi Miller to lead insurance business development efforts for staffing company
Pearl Interactive Network, Inc. (Pearl) recently hired Wendi Miller to lead the insurance sales efforts for the commercial side of the business. Miller’s focus will be on developing client-site or virtual insurance contact center staffing and sourcing solutions, accessing a niche workforce of veterans, disabled veterans, military spouses, people with disabilities, and people living in geographically-challenged areas.
Miller brings a depth of expertise to the insurance staffing and recruiting industry with insurance carriers, agencies, and brokers. One of the many reasons Miller was attracted to Pearl was the company’s mission of providing contact center staffing solutions that employ a niche workforce. Prior to her transition into the insurance industry, Miller spent 12 years as a clinical psychologist.
“We feel that Wendi is a strong fit for our company, because we provide the rare combination of a social and business mission,” said CEO Merry P. Korn. “Our clients and associates recognize that by working with us, they fulfill a social missions of providing financial sustenance to people with employment challenges.”
