Pearl is a domestic, Woman-Owned Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider in healthcare and beneficiary services, serving both government and commercial clients. Pearl delivers high-touch customer service experiences that require complex resolution while creating a Personal Emotional Connection with callers. We employ a diverse team of contact center, healthcare, and other Subject Matter Experts to support the unique requirements for each of our client engagements.  

We provide flexible contact center solutions delivered from a secure work at home (WAH) network, or on the client or partner site. We support largescale steady-state engagements, and provide scalable solutions to support seasonal volume fluctuations, and planned and unplanned ramp-ups and ramp-downs.

Working directly with government and commercial clients, as a Strategic Vendor Partner to providers – we are a “BPO to the BPOs” providing:

Our program managers aid citizens with Medical Disability Exam scheduling and deliver support to our military, veterans, and people with disabilities seeking financial independence and connections to services that provides opportunities for well-being.

Healthcare Beneficiary Services

Pearl supports beneficiaries requiring a continuum of healthcare information and support.  Citizens receive healthcare eligibility determination, benefits education, enrollment, claims and appeals; disability benefits; financial and loan services; document and claims validation; and emergency relief services.

Payer & Provider Services

Pearl supports payers and providers with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) support, eligibility determination, patient scheduling and referrals, claims processing, medical records management, and billing; provider credentialing and network enrollment; COVID-19 financial relief claims support; Medicare and Medicaid support; and IT Helpdesk services.
