Part of his integration work includes transforming the workforce to accommodate the growth of new opportunities. His current focus includes warehousing, distribution, and IT services. Unlike larger companies that maintain formidable recruiting or training divisions within their HR departments, Tom’s company doesn’t have the resources to recruit or train new employees with the unique skills required for each job.

Tom is now planning to bid on another government project, and has no qualms about finding employees, should the company win the award.
