Mario Antwine, Chief Executive Officer

Mario Antwine is Chief Executive Officer of Pearl Interactive Network and is responsible for developing and executing the firm's strategy, growth, mission, and vision, as well as overseeing the operations, performance, culture, and technology improvements. Mario has created and manages Pearl’s “One Pearl” committee which includes employees at all levels from across the company whose focus is supporting and growing Pearl’s vision within the company’s initiatives to bolster and grow inclusion, diversity, and employee engagement.

Prior to his appointment as Pearl’s CEO, Mario was the Vice President of Growth for Three Five Two, and founded Ascentium Holdings where he is also the managing partner.

Mario holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a BBA from Howard University. In addition to his role as CEO, Mario co-chairs an alumni board at the Yale School of Management and serves as the Regional Vice President of the Robert Toigo Foundation. Mario is a lifelong fitness enthusiast, actively cross-training, biking, and discovering new hiking trails.

Andrew Fleischer, Chief Financial Officer

Andrew (Andy) Fleischer, CFO

Andy Fleischer and his team oversee all financial aspects of Pearl’s business, with a keen focus on driving cash flow, maximizing profitability, and growing enterprise value.

A seasoned strategic financial leader, Andy has a proven track record of building, leading, and advising companies through high-growth markets, complex operational finance activities, and mergers and acquisitions. He has brought over 20 years of financial leadership to the company as CFO in government contracting, Internet, eCommerce, services, and manufacturing industries.

Andy completed his undergraduate studies at Frostburg State University and received his MBA from The Johns Hopkins University. He is a licensed CPA and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). In his spare time, Andy enjoys fitness, football, and family.

Dan Cruice, Vice President, Business Development

Dan Cruice has been providing call/contact and BPO solutions to the US Government and State Government segments, for over 25 years. During his professional career, Mr. Cruice has kick-started large commercial contact center/BPO organizations’ expansion into the Federal Government sector with such firms as: ICT Group (now Foundever), Sutherland Global Services, and Teleperformance. Most recently, Dan has had success selling large, complex contact center solutions at Cognosante and Maximus Federal.

Mr. Cruice leads, deploys, and supports the most comprehensive contact center and CX solutions in the public sector market driving exceptional citizen and constituent experiences. Dan has successfully partnered with many government agencies in deploying best in class citizen engagement centers at: Department of Labor, Office of Personnel Management, FEMA, GSA, State of Florida, State of Virginia, and many others.

Dan has a master’s degree in Acquisition and Contract Management from the Florida Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s degree from Temple University. In his spare time, Mr. Cruice enjoys spending time with his wife, Susan, his two sons, his three grandchildren, and his Goldendoodle, Teddy.
