Mario Antwine, Chief Executive Officer

Mario Antwine, CEO Pearl Interactive Network

Mario Antwine is Chief Executive Officer of Pearl Interactive Network and is responsible for developing and executing the firm's strategy, growth, mission, and vision, as well as overseeing the operations, performance, culture, and technology improvements. Mario has created and manages Pearl’s “One Pearl” committee which includes employees at all levels from across the company whose focus is supporting and growing Pearl’s vision within the company’s initiatives to bolster and grow inclusion, diversity, and employee engagement.

Prior to his appointment as Pearl’s CEO, Mario was the Vice President of Growth for Three Five Two, and founded Ascentium Holdings where he is also the managing partner.

Mario holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a BBA from Howard University. In addition to his role as CEO, Mario co-chairs an alumni board at the Yale School of Management and serves as the Regional Vice President of the Robert Toigo Foundation. Mario is a lifelong fitness enthusiast, actively cross-training, biking, and discovering new hiking trails.

Andrew Fleischer, Chief Financial Officer

Andy Fleischer, CFO

Andy Fleischer and his team oversee all financial aspects of Pearl’s business, with a keen focus on driving cash flow, maximizing profitability, and growing enterprise value.

A seasoned strategic financial leader, Andy has a proven track record of building, leading, and advising companies through high-growth markets, complex operational finance activities, and mergers and acquisitions. He has brought over 20 years of financial leadership to the company as CFO in government contracting, Internet, eCommerce, services, and manufacturing industries.

Andy completed his undergraduate studies at Frostburg State University and received his MBA from The Johns Hopkins University. He is a licensed CPA and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). In his spare time, Andy enjoys fitness, football, and family.

David Morad, Vice President of Operations

David Morad

David Morad serves as the Vice President of Operations, bringing over 25 years of executive leadership in customer experience operations, program management, and large-scale contact center implementations across both federal and commercial sectors. Known for his servant leadership and results-driven approach, David has led mission-critical programs for agencies such as the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the Department of Justice (DOJ), the Department of Education, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). His commercial experience includes partnerships with global brands like Amazon, H&R Block, and Home Depot.

David’s expertise encompasses BPO operations, CRM and omnichannel system integration, and strategic consulting. Throughout his career, he has managed programs exceeding $100 million, rapidly deployed multi-thousand-seat contact centers, and implemented enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, NICE InContact, and Amazon Connect.

Prior to joining Pearl, David served as a Principal Consultant at Steampunk Inc., where he initiated and led a $47 million program for the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) aimed at modernizing service delivery through AI and cloud technologies. He is a trusted advisor with a proven track record in international operations, P&L management, and human-centered design.

David holds a Master of Science in Information & Telecommunications Systems for Business from Johns Hopkins University and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Geography and Political Studies from Bishop’s University.
